(W.I.P. - work/writting-in-progress) Oneness Of Flesh & Being/Espousal Teamwork/Co-Operat-ivity in Education & The Workplace - Occupational Appropriability & Facilitation (-2025's Lacks of & Present State of "Considered Standards"-)

It is 2025 and so much as what is identified by the world's ideology and terminology of "Human Resources" HAVING IDENTIFIED THE MALE AND FEMALE PERSON(s) MADE IN OUR HEAVENLY FATHER'S IMAGE and supposedly apearing ad though focused on the individual across /by/with Spirit and Truth Community Fruitfulness and productivity of People in General CONSIDERING THEIR(our) INHERENT NATURE AND PRE-SIDING SELF-DWELLING OF LIFE's MOST GENERAL ONGOING(s), there is much to be considered about Occupational consideration and the conjunction of what is are known as "The Family Unit(s)".

It is not always any kind of expectation or lifelines that a Husband and Wife of Oneness Of Flesh And Being share any Occupational similarity or consider their union OF FAITHFULNESS AND FIDELITY, in which GOD HONOURS AS THE MARRIAGE BED, to have the same traits, or rather, for them to work together towards and in their own rite of Union as Fruitful PRODUCTIVITY AND ACTIVITY AMONGST SPIRIT AND TRUTH COMMUNITY.

This is actualy quite one striking deficit of mankind's consideration amongst one another and MADE OUT AS IF IT IS SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T MATTER, OR IS SOMEWHAT UNLIKELY OF AN OCCURENCE, and worse even to think of it as setting unheard of.

The usual places to see where damage had been done to earthwide and spirit and truth's actual society of people's dwelling amongst are places like aby beginings of what is known as "Women's Rights" WHICH CAME TO FRUITITION WITHOUT AS MANY PEOPLE NOTICING THAT THEY ALREADY HAD RIGHTS AS WELL AS MEN THEMSELVES WHOM UP TO TODAY HAVE NO SUCH THING AS "**MEN'S RIGHTS**", noting as well that such women's rights only came from so called and false cultures and traditional claims of suppressing the works of women and their ordinance of placement amongst society, which is anything that could have happened to men as well in the same face of abuse and any kind of adverse treatment that is not equality or equity amongst oposite members of sex being men and women for whatever nature the consideration would be to concern anyone with abuse of kind or abuse of "authority", as it was being the abuse of general regulatory systematics at that time which had men and women in specific kinds of administration(s) WITH NO CONSIDERATION TO THEIR ACTUAL HEARTFELT AND FAITH-BASED AGENDAS, apart from identifying them as either MEN or WOMEN, any such women advocates of "women's rights" only associating with any places of women's abuse, WHERE-AS THERE BEING ABSOLUTELY ZERO FOCUS AT THAT TIME OF ANY PLACES WHERE MEN THEMSELVES WE'RE ABUSED OR MANIPULATED IN ANY WAY DESPITE THE SEEMING IMBALANCE TOWARDS FAVOUR FOR WOMEN OVER MEN (-kind of like the focus on "divorce rate" that does not concern the reason it has any focus which is "FAITHFULNESS/FIDELITY RATE", where we cannot find any figures of such to date-).

ESPOUSAL TEAM-WORK IN THE WORKPLACE

The Average person's expectation of engagement in pulbicly affective labour is never always revolving around their being of person with such Espousal expectancy, or rather even giving any consideration to their maturity and personal or individual potential outside anything besides the occupations variables, and barely any consideration towards the actual home and pre-work-place arena of life that sets itself as the foundation and focal basis of any outcome in the desired Occupational space of what is known as "The Work Place" in such ideology of "employment" and all it's variances wether self employed or otherwise.

Espousal Consideration In & With Co-Operat-ive Education-al Value 

For the most of so called "modernised" idea of life and living, it is as if something strange to consider an Espousal Effort with alignment and Co-Inciding of a Man and Woman's growth from adolescence into Maturity With Their Learning and Experience in Life TOGETHER AS A UNIT AND TEAM OF THE SPECIFIC KIND OF UNION SET APART FROM ALL OTHERS AMONGST MAN-KIND AS MEN AND WOMEN EARTH-WIDE ON EARTH AS IN HEAVEN, and actualy is quite a resultant problem to the failure of the very fabric of society's maintainance or concern when it comes to all utmost of relativity concerning wether it be men or women, each and every person of both aspiringly and pre-destined in the Ordinance of God and their reason for being made each of either male or female, with the apropriate dwelling amongst and residing of general and specifc communit(-y/-ies), all and each as Unit(s) of Oneness of Flesh & Being amongst Brothers and Sisters in Spirit and Truth Of Christ.

From whatever mutualy decided and between the two continued in commitment, it is possible that a growin young man and woman pair of oneness of flesh and beings Union can co-incide their lives and ongoings in productivity of their faithful foundation and union Honoured and Sanctified by Our Heavenly Father God in Christ, though in this day and age there are so many adversities to the growth of any union of oneness of flesh and being, even to note that the devil hates the faithfulness of anyone, especialy eternal commitment of such, and as many people surrounding whom attempt to cause problems, BUT WITH NONE OF THESE THINGS STRONGER THAN IUR HEAVENLY FATHER's HONOURING OF THE MARRIAGE BED, nor to any supposing subjecting to man made and worldly doctrine/teaching about and surrounding the matters and reasonable engaging in mutu-individualy-commited ongoing(s).
